Our Team
The Trauma Recovery team is primarily a team of Counsellors and Psychotherapists led by our Managing Director and Clinical Lead, Rebecca Fox and Therapy Lead, Anna. The Clinical team is supported by the Operations team, led by Sandra Lewin, Operations Director and our new Business and Operations Lead.
Every member of the Trauma Recovery team has a passion for supporting victim/survivors and brings their own experience to their role. We are proud that team members have a wealth of professional and personal experience of trauma and the impact it can have on wellbeing, mental health, relationships, family and community. Each team member plays a vital role in the services we offer.
When you work with Trauma Recovery as a client, professional or supporter you may come into contact with 1 or 2 of our team members, but you will be supported by each and every one.
Our Leaders
Sandra Lewin
Operations Director
Sandra is a founding Director.
Sandra previously set up Herts Sexual Abuse Referral Centre (SARC) in 2011 and ran it until 2020.
Sandra chaired the Herts Sexual Violence Partnership where she was involved in developing services for victim/survivors of sexual violence within Hertfordshire.
Rebecca Fox
Managing Director & Clinical Lead
Rebecca is a founding Director.
Rebecca is an experienced Psychotherapist and a senior Accredited member of the NCPS. Prior to founding TRCIC, she qualified as a Social Worker and worked with families and young people. She founded Hertfordshire Therapy Centre in 2011 which became Trauma Recovery CIC in 2020.
She has trained with Babette Rothschild amongst others and developed our SAFE framework for trauma informed and trauma focused therapy.

Business Operations Lead
Trauma Recovery has grown rapidly since it was founded in 2020. We are currently recruiting for this new role to support further development and ensure Trauma Recovery is a resilient organisation
Anna
Therapy Lead
Anna heads up our therapy team, she works with clients, supports our Senior Therapists as well as working with Rebecca to ensure that new services and projects are client led.
Anna is Gestalt trained, has attended further training around working with Addiction, Trauma and is currently completing her Child and Young Person therapeutic diploma.
