Who are we?
Based in Hertfordshire, Trauma Recovery CIC ​is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company.
Our team are dedicated to providing a comprehensive blend of therapeutic and coproduced peer-based support services for people who have experienced sexual, domestic and/or relational trauma, irrespective of when their traumatic experiences happened.

Current Directors, Rebecca Fox, Zoe Collins and Sally Beckford continue the Trauma Recovery mission to build a ​safe, supportive​ and ​sustainable​ service for our community, supporting those with lived experience of trauma to thrive. ​What truly sets us apart is our team. At Trauma Recovery CIC, we are not just a service provider, we are a community of survivors, advocates and allies. many of our dedicated team members have lived experiences of trauma and abuse, bringing a deep understanding and empathy to their work. This shared understanding fosters a dynamic and supportive environment where growth, healing and recovery can flourish. ​
​​When you work with Trauma Recovery as a client, professional or supporter you may come into contact with 1 or 2 of our team members, but you will be supported by each and every one.
Our Leaders

Zoe Collins: Finance Director
Zoe joined TRCIC in August 2024, bringing her wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.​
Zoe's 3 decades of experience spans the investment banking and private practice sectors, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of financial operations.
In 2017, Zoe embarked on an entrepreneurial journey and established her accounting practice. She brings professional and personal experience to TRCIC.​

Rebecca Fox: Managing Director
​​Rebecca is an experienced Psychotherapist, a senior Accredited member of the NCPS and is our Founding Director.
​
Prior to founding TRCIC, she qualified as a Social Worker and worked with families and young people. She founded Hertfordshire Therapy Centre in 2011 which became Trauma Recovery CIC in 2020.
​
She has trained with Babette Rothschild amongst others and developed our SAFE framework for trauma informed and trauma focused therapy.

Sally Beckford: HR Director
Sally joined TRCIC in August 2024, bringing with her over 25 years of business and HR experience gained across diverse sectors.
As well as being an HR specialist, Sally is a passionate advocate of self-development. She is a Master NLP practitioner and holds a Diploma in Family Support and uses her knowledge to support the team.
Her commercial and HR knowledge is further strengthened by her affiliations as an Associate of CIPD and a Member of ANLP. ​​​
Our Operational Team

Rebecca: Operations Lead
Rebecca joined the team in 2024 and heads up our Operations team.
She supports the work of the client facing team on a day to day basis and works closely with the Directors to ensure Trauma Recovery is a resilient organisation.

Rebecca oversees reporting and funding applications and works closely with partner organisatons.
Rebecca has an extensive background in administration, operations and supporting teams to enhance and streamline team processes and systems.

Becci: Administrative Assistant
If you are seeking support from Trauma Recovery CIC, Becci is likely to be the first person you have contact with and she will guide you through our service.

Becci joined the team in 2023 and has been a valued team member ever since, supporting both our team members and clients.
​
Along with her experience, Becci brings creativity and kindness to the service.
​
Outside of work Becci is a keen photographer, mum to her 3 boys and proud adopter of Dobby, her energetic puppy.

Louise: Head of Service
Louise joined the team in 2025. She supports our client facing team in their day-to-day roles as well as working directly with clients. ​
​
Louise was awarded a Masters in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Sheffield University and is a UPCA and UKCP member. She has over 15 years' experience of working as a Psychotherapist and before she qualified as she worked in law.

Louise lives in North London with her husband and 2 fierce Bengal kittens, Mickey and Minnie. ​
