Our Services
Our services are constantly evaluated and we pride ourselves on being a dynamic, responsive organisation. We work closely with our community to understand gaps in need and develop services in partnership to meet current need.
Funded Therapy

Our funding team work closely with current and past clients, partner organisations and funding bodies to secure funding so that where possible we are able to offer services free of charge.
Currently we may be able to offer you the following free of charge:

Long term support through Butterflies Lived Experience Community

Short term trauma-focused therapy for people working with CGL in Hertfordshire

Short term trauma-focused therapy for people living in Hertfordshire who have experienced sexual violence
Self Funded Therapy

For those who are unable to access our funded short-term therapy, or who would like longer term trauma therapy or counselling, we provide a variety of affordable options through our Crystal Clear Counselling.
Currently we may be able to offer you:

Open ended counselling with our experienced Counsellors

Up to 12 months of counselling with our Counsellors in Training at a lower cost

Short term trauma-focused therapy with our experienced Counsellors
Lived Experience Community

Our lived experience community offers long term, flexible support for people living in Hertfordshire who have experienced sexual, domestic and/or relational trauma.
The service has been developed from feedback from clients and partner organisations.
