We are located in the greater Tri-City area of Southeastern Washington state. We are learning how to use cast iron and charcoal to cook great and easy meals. Our purpose is to promote fun and fellowship centering on the hobby of Dutch Oven and Cast Iron Cooking. Providing the resources for the TRCIC members to advance their cooking skills within the hobby with education and experimentation. Promoting the hobby by providing training to the general public in the use and care of Cast Iron and Dutch Ovens.

Spreading the Word
